The INVISORY team has a track record of more than a decade working together. The company led by its founder has handled over 130 client transactions. These included the acquisition of eBanka or Citibank’s complete retail portfolio and other significant targets.
INVISORY employs professionals with many years of experience in investment banking and capital markets. The team acted as an authorised advisor to TwigoNet SE in its initial public listing on the Polish stock exchange NewConnect.
Advising CPI on structuring and issuing a bond programme as the lead manager for a CZK 3 bn bond programme.
Advising Raiffeisenbank on the issuance of the “EUROBOND” programme amounting to EUR 500 mil, Raiffeisenbank thus became the first bank on the Czech market to issue a “EUROBOND” mortgage bond programme.
As part of advising Greenvale on a CZK 1 bn bond issue, the team created a completely new corporate bond structure that introduced the institution of a collateral agent to the Czech market and subsequently became used by the entire market.
