Preparation of financial model / business plan and its optimisation according to the standards of financial institutions

We will create a customised “live” financial model of your project and company with projections of future cash flow, based on which we will determine the maximum debt capacity, the minimum cash flow required, and the ideal financing structure. Thanks to the stress testing that the financial model allows us to perform, we can also identify the project’s bottlenecks in relation to cash flow and the projected covenants of the various financing components over time.

This modelling allows us to help you adjust the parameters of your project so that it is both feasible to finance and does not compromise your existing business.

 

Setting up and preparing business and information documents for banking and non-banking financial institutions according to the project type

Based on the completed modelling from phase 1, we will prepare a data pack and info pack about your company and project according to the standards and requirements of financial institutions, banks, and their risk management. The output will include the underlying data for the loan case evaluation, but especially the required financing structure and acceptable terms.

 

Conducting a transparent tender among financing providers

Using our experience in the banking and financial market, and especially our direct connection to individual financial institutions, we will prepare a tender with a minimum of 5 banks or financiers and launch a standardised tender for the required financing. Our activities also include direct and daily communication with individual bank representatives, presenting the prepared plan discussed with you, and explaining our financial and non-financial limits and requirements. Our work will result in structured and comparable offers from each financial institution.

 

Setting and negotiating terms, collateral, covenants, and overall contract documentation

After selecting a specific financial institution, we will begin detailed negotiations on the scope and amount of individual covenants and terms of the loan or other documentation with the support of a dedicated law firm specializing in this type of law.
