Tomáš is an external consultant for Invisory in the energy sector. Before joining Invisory, Tomáš worked as an Investment Manager for the BMM group for 13 years, engaging in numerous M&A transactions across segments such as energy, heavy engineering, real estate, and logistics. Tomáš also ensured portfolio management including the process of obtaining bank financing for the group’s M&A transactions.  In recent years, Tomáš has worked as a Director responsible for finance and operations in the real estate group Asental (part of BMM), which owns, manages, and further develops an extensive portfolio of real estate in the eastern part of the Czech Republic.

Tomáš’s professional career began in 2002 when he joined Equity Research at Wood & Company. Later, Tomáš expanded his M&A experience to the industrial sector when he joined the Swiss electricity company Alpiq (formerly ATEL) as a Financial Analysis Manager in charge of the due diligence processes / valuation of companies with the responsibility of sourcing financing and investment for energy opportunities in the CEE region.

In the M&A area, he focuses on transactions within the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment ranging in size from CZK 100 million to CZK 1,500 million at the owner’s enterprise value level. INVISORY’s offer includes a full portfolio of M&A services, including the search for acquisition targets and client representation in the acquisition and sale of a company, advisory in joint ventures, advisory in the takeover of a company by internal/external management (MBO/MBI) or advisory in the purchase of an acquisition target with the help of high-level debt financing (LBO).
